Imagine planning a small exhibition with friends. The I Ching is our foundation: use its hexagrams and changing lines to reflect on the situation’s pattern, its stage, and what is shifting.假设你正在和朋友筹办一个小展览。《易经》是我们的主干：通过卦象与动爻，观察处境的形态、阶段与正在发生的变化。

Three coins. One line. Six times.三钱成一爻，六次成一卦。
In our three-coin method, Heads counts as 3 and Tails as 2. Add the three values: 6 and 8 form broken yin lines; 7 and 9 form unbroken yang lines. A total of 6 or 9 marks a changing line.本站三钱法中，正面为 3，反面为 2。三枚相加：6、8 为阴爻，7、9 为阳爻；总数为 6 或 9，表示这一爻是动爻。

In this fixed sample, Da Zhuang 34, Great Power, changes at the first line to Heng 32, Duration. The pattern invites a question: how can energy become steady practice rather than a rushed start?这个固定示例中，大壮卦初爻变为恒卦。我们可以思考：怎样让力量成为持续的实践，而不是急于起步？

Da Zhuang has Thunder above Heaven. The bottom, first line changes from yang to yin; the lower trigram becomes Wind. Thunder above Wind is Heng.大壮是震上乾下。最下方的初爻由阳变阴，下卦变成巽；震上巽下就是恒。
