YiPhase is a free, experimental I Ching learning and reading website. No account, birth details or payment information are requested.

Questions and AI readings

Virtual coin casts are generated in your browser. A question remains there until you choose “Generate an AI reading.” If you choose it, your question and six coin totals are sent over HTTPS to our server and then to DeepSeek to produce an answer. Do not enter information you would not want to share with an AI provider. YiPhase does not intentionally save your question or the generated answer in a database.

Technical data

Our hosting and Cloudflare may process IP addresses, request times, URLs and other standard connection data needed to deliver and protect the site. Our server keeps temporary per-address usage counts to limit free readings and a daily total count to control costs. It does not put question text in the URL or ordinary access logs. DeepSeek and Cloudflare process data under their own policies.
