19 · Approaching (LÍN)
Approaching is strength drawing near, from close to far and from higher to lower. It calls for open teaching and generous protection, while remembering that a rising phase will change.
The judgment
Approaching: great success. Favourable to steadfastness. By the eighth month there is misfortune.
A time of approach and growth offers much, but one must foresee recession in abundance and keep principle.
